can't categorize an email

I have a new subscription wherein the email subject line is greyed out, and I can't move it to a category. Is this a bug or something I can adjust?

When categorizing an email, use the sender name or icon rather than the subject. This is done to communicate that you are categorizing a subscription and not just a single email.

Thanks - I think what was confusing was that there was no sender shown, which I haven't seen before in Throttle.

Ah ok sounds like that may be a bug. It should show the sender address if there is no name. If you don't mind, please email us at team@throttlehq.com with the relevant email so we can look into it.
