Instant forward working inconsistently on Pro.

I have a pro account with instant forward turned on. I'm having very inconsistent results with instant forward. Some messages forward instantly, others with a considerable ~10 minute delay and some messages don't arrive at my email inbox at all. Spam filtering is not the issue: my spam folder is empty and I have previously set up my email so that emails sent to Throttle-addresses skip spam detection.

It's very frustrating having to check my Reading List on the Throttle website just to make sure I haven't missed anything important.

Thanks for sending us the extra information via email. From the info you provided us, I was able to verify that the category of the email that did not forward is set to not be linked with your daily digest settings (in your case instant forwarding).

This is not immediately identifiable in the category digest settings. We will be deploying an update on Monday that brings custom forwarding to categories. Additionally it will include an update to the interface to make it more clear when a category will be forwarded.

I'm very sorry you're experiencing this issue. Please email our support team at team@throttlehq.com so that we can look into your account to find out what may be going wrong.

When you do, paste a few links to these messages (you can copy them from your reading list) and let us kow which were delayed, and which never arrived at all. This will allow us to look through the issue in depth.

In the meantime, one thing to be aware of is that messages in categories with custom digests won't be forwarded automatically.

It is rather confusing that instant forward would be regarded as a type of "digest". Good to hear that things are getting clearer in terms of UI!
