Subscription status

I have a current Pro subscription that is paid for by the year, my renew date isn't until Dec..  But I'm having a few issues with it now.

First, I can log into throttle in safari and shows my active account but when I click on reading list the page is always blank except for the headliner.

Second,  when I log in through Chrome, it says I only have a free account and asks me if I want to upgrade.

Third, when I tired downloading the iphone/ipad app, it says Itunes doesn't have a pro plan to restore and again asks me if I want to buy the upgraded plan.  


any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Monica, these problems are very unique and I apologize that they've inconvenienced you. Can you send me the email address you used to create your Throttle account to team@throttlehq.com, please? 

If emailed the information to you on Sunday. Were you able to figure this out?

still need a reply on this.  The app is a lot more useful than the desktop side for me on a daily basis.  And as of now I still can't log in with my pro membership

Monica, we've tried a few things and you should now be able to punch in your iTunes account email in the app (even though it's different) and it should restore the purchase.

If it still does not work, please send the email address you used to make your account to team@throttlehq.com and we'll unlock your account directly. We typically try to avoid doing this, but we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you can enjoy the product you're paying for.

When I hit the restore purchase button it  does not give me the option to put in my email address it just says "no  purchase is found for this iTunes account." I will send an email to  team@throttlehq.com
